Refund policy
At Reborn Dolls Canada, we ensure that all products are new and free from defects. Our dolls are sourced from reputable suppliers and meet high quality standards.
If a product is defective or does not meet expectations, customers have 12 business days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or refund. If the 12 days end on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
To process a return, customers must send back the new or unused product in its original packaging, including all accessories, instruction manuals, and documents. Proof of the defect (description and attached photos) should be sent to reborndolls.ca@gmail.com.
Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned package. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days or less from receiving the return package. Cash payments are not accepted.
For safe return, we recommend using a tracking number to ensure the product is received.
